Remodels can be particularly stressful for the homeowner especially if the home will be occupied during construction. At Rogue Brothers Construction we recognize this and do our best to accommodate the homeowner and work out a schedule that allows for comfort while maintaining productivity. Remodels can present more challenges than building new as there are many things to consider when determining what you are trying to achieve.

Rod and Trevor did an excellent job building our Northwest Craftsman home. They are knowledgeable and skilled craftsmen themselves and insisted on excellence from their subcontractors as well. We were particular about the details...there were several "late in the game" changes to the plan and they handled each one without any problem, making sure we were happy every step of the way. We lived long distance from the project during construction and their communication via phone, text and email was excellent..they always made themselves available to us to answer questions and take care of any concerns

Rod and Trevor did a wonderful job with our garage conversion to a master bedroom and bathroom. They were very flexible with scheduling and worked with us so we could do some of the work ourselves. When we made changes during the project they adapted very well by adjusting their schedule to meet our needs. They always responded quickly when we had questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering doing a building project.

At the onset I thought Rogue Brothers seemed very professional as their communication was frequent about our project. We finally got our plans finished and got a quote. However the quote was extremely high, over 400K for a shop building. It was almost 100K over every other quote. But still, It was pretty obvious we needed to go back to the architect to make some design changes to reduce the cost. After we made the changes Rogue Brothers told us they would not modify their quote unless we made a deposit of $2,000.00 because, as they told us "quotes take time and research." Fair enough

We contracted with Rogue Brothers to do a 3 room addition in a crawl space along with a challenging outdoor deck with recessed hot tub. Extensive excavation and concrete work was required along with the removal of three load bearing walls. Rod and Trevor demonstrated their skills throughout and were both very professional and great to work with. We were very happy with the quality, precision, and pride they took in their work. They were very responsive to text, email, and phone calls and accommodating to our special requests. There were occasional problems in scheduling subs but that seems to be

We had two spaces in our home converted into home offices. Our home is a fairly new craftsman style home with many wood details. We wanted the two offices to look like they were always originally part of the home design. Rod and Trevor "nailed" it. We are pretty picky and all about the details when it comes to our home. We utilized Rogue Brothers to complete a renovation and expansion of the office for our accounting firm. We previously shared our building with a tenant. With the termination of our tenant’s lease, we made the decision to expand. Unfortunately, this decision came shortly before our very busy tax season and it was necessary to expedite the process.
