What a great customer experience! My call was returned promptly, Eric came out quickly to walk the property with me and give me an estimate, the work was scheduled for soon after, and they stayed in good contact about possible schedule changes due to weather. They showed up when they said they would be here, worked diligently and cleaned up everything behind them. The cost was more reasonable than the other bid I received. I couldn’t have asked for better, more professional service, and the trees look great. They are my go-to folks for my treasured ancient live oaks from now on.

From beginners to end, my experience with JC’s Trees and More was great. First,I met with Eric Bassett. Eric and I walked my property. He explained process including possible problems that may arise. Gave estimate quickly. Eric had no problem when I told him I was getting other quotes to compare. After deciding on JC’s, I was scheduled promptly. Eric said his crew would arrive at 8am and finish in one day. JC’s crew and Eric arrived at 8am and worked until job completed(5pm). Crew was adequately staffed and had appropriate equipment. Your crew did a great job pruning our trees. They maintained our canopy’s appearance while removing several branches that were hanging low over our roof. The crew also pruned away branches on all three of our trees allowing move light into our yard. Everything was really cleaned up well. Your crew was in and out in just a few hours. Very impressive. The service workers were prompt, very professional, polite, made me a part of the decisions and cleaned the area extremely well. They took safety measures for themselves and for me and my property. They respected the American flag on my flagpole caught by one of the tree branches and untangled it properly. They had great equipment to include a grinder for the branches removes. Scheduling was easy and payment was equally easy using Quickbooks. I highly recommend this company.

Eric and his team were professional, timely, and very thorough. They were responsive for the initial visit and assessment and had us scheduled about three weeks later. Other services were scheduling for December. The trees look great, the yard was cleaned up, and all the cuts were dressed. Definitely recommend!

Josh was very professional and helpful. When his crew came to my house to take care of my tree they were right on time. All of them were very nice, polite and very respectful. When you are a senior this is appreciated. They did a great job. And cleaned up … nothing was left behind for me to do. I highly recommend Josh and his company JC Trees & More. Eric and a crew of 6 did a fabulous job in trimming two large oak trees, removing an awful looking sego palm & cutting back an ornamental tree that was growing beyond the front gutters. I was amazed @ how they all worked together; cutting, spraying the limb, raking the limbs to go into the hopper for shredding. Eric washed all the debris from the sidewalk. My front yard looked like nothing ever happened. In less than an hour it was done!

Best tree trimmers we've ever had. The crew worked together like a well-oiled machine. They were obviously extremely skilled, fast, and efficient as they worked on our approx. 30 Live Oaks. They were professional and polite as well. The clean up was so thorough, our yard and large landscaped beds looked better after they finished than before they started. All cuts were sprayed and everything went into the chipper. I highly recommend JC's Trees & More if you want it done right.

Crew arrived on time and were very professional. We needed to have a large Oak removed that was over the house and starting to hit the chimney. The job was completed in a short amount of time, all debris was removed and we were very happy with how the job turned out. Would definitely recommend Josh and his crew for any size job and look forward to working w him again in the future.
