VISTA VERDE BUILDERS LLC is a family owned business based out of the Kerrville, Texas area that specializes in building custom homes, renovations, and remodeling. Our Husband and Wife team has over 45 years of combined experience in construction and engineering, problem solving, supervision, and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
Eileen Parsons founded Vista Verde Builders LLC in 2009 after completing multiple large and small residential construction projects along with developing her career as a successful business woman in the Consumer Products Industry. Her background, managing and supervising a large organization, enabled her to transition full time into General Contracting of new homes and remodeling projects.
Many individuals and couples find building a new home can be a stressful and emotional experience. From finding the right piece of property, designing the home, and choosing a builder, all while making sure their dream home fits into a budget that works with their financial goals. The Vista Verde Builders LLC process guides clients from prior to land purchase, through the design and construction phases, to a beautifully crafted home.
One of the principles of rainwater management is to slow the water by collecting and using it onsite and slowly infiltrating any excess overflow. Collected rainwater can be an important source of high-quality water for crops, greenhouses, livestock and humans even in very arid climates. Rainwater harvesting has been used for thousands of years.
The builder hired only licensed or certified professionals and was regularly on site when work was in progress. If she had to be away, she returned at the end of the work day to inspect the results and to communicate her approval or suggestions to those responsible. The builder kept in almost daily contact by phone, email and text messaging.

Our vision for or new home was Hill country modern, and through the the commitment to excellence, extraordinary inspiration, dedication and hard work, Eileen and Doug parsons of Vista Verde Builders, wowed us with our dream retirement home. They always had our best interest at heart and worked diligently and honestly to build our home on budget and with in the allotted time. Their outstanding working relationship with the top notch sub-contractors they used, resulted in a extremely well built home and the fact that Eileen was always on the job site making sure the build was to her satisfaction

If there is a better builder to work with in Kerr County than Vista Verde, I want to know about it..
As we prepared to build our retirement home in the hill country, we chose Vista Verde Builders/Eileen and Doug Parsons as our custom home builder, and could not be more pleased with our choice. They have been more than helpful, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, considerate, respectable and throughout the process, often going the extra mile to do "little something extra" that they don't have to do, and that most builders are not interested in doing. Their team of professional are excellent
