I have worked for this company for over a year now, I am the office Manager and I can tell you that the owner and staff pride themselves in giving the utmost quality, professionalism, and attention to all our customers. Yes during the past two years covid and the production crisis happening world wide has put a huge strain on us, as we struggle to get our customers their materials and permits in a timely manner.
It saddens me when a customer resorts to a bad review when knowing full and well that right now you can’t even get a microwave from Home Depot delivered in a timely manner.

I contracted this company as a referral from a friend and so happy that I did. The work they did on my roof was amazing as well as the impact windows they installed, great service and on time. It is not easy to find a good contractor to do small jobs in South FL.
A-1 Property did my minor roof repair at a very reasonable price. The office staff are all very nice to talk to and very helpful. The crew was on time !! and did a great job. They cleaned up all the debris in the yard! A-1 also gave me a report with before and after pictures which was great!

A1 Property Services stands by their work and their warranty. From start to finish the roofing work was completed in a thorough and timely manner. When was was needed on the inside due to water damage from a lot of rain. A1 made sure that the appropriate contractors completed the job. They were detailed, skilled, and cleaned up completely afterwards. Thank you Geo, Raquel and all involved on this project!!

Paid A1 $16k for a new roof. Leaks occurred every year since their installation. Year 2 they are not following through with their guarantee. Poor workmanship and an unproperly sealed roof is now costing us $6,000 through another company. They were quick to collect but terrible with their follow through. DO NOT recommend
