I had 2 roofs replaced by this company. The first roof was fine. The second roof this company replaced entailed lots of promises never kept. Always talked about gutters and how they would refer , Never did that. I had to call them out to check the second roof for a leak that was not caused by the roof. While they came to check the roof their employee slipped off the beams a caused damage in upstairs bedroom. They promised again to fix the damage at no charge. I have tried to contact several times and they won’t return my calls. Beware company is not recommended! Even if you have proof in an email

Mountain Springs Roofing has provide exceptional services. Their staff and workers are knowledgeable, courteous, experienced, and very professional. Their workers take pride in their work resulting in outstanding repairs and installations. They cleaned up all trash and debris. Right after we moved into our house we got the worst hail storm we've had in two years, but our roof held up with no issues and our skylights were till intact, while other roofs and skylights around us had damage. Nathan and his team did an awesome job with everything! Great customer service!

Nate, the owner and face of the company did a great job in coordinating meeting times, discussing the contract with us, staying in close contact, and following through on his word.
He has an excellent business model, and as someone who is often annoyingly critical of business practices and customer service, I found it difficult to find holes in his game.

Very frustrating to work with. We bought a commercial property where they installed a new EPDM roof and it continues to leak a year later. Nathan, the owner, offers nothing but excuses and never actually fixes anything. After we closed on the property, he still hasn't transferred the warranty to myself even though it explicitly states on the warranty that the first transfer is free. I've had to call numerous times and all I get is BS excuses and runarounds.
We've had third party roofing contractors come inspect the roof and they all unanimously said the workmanship was very poor.
I would stay away
