PCD Building Corp. was founded in 2002. Owner and President, Paul Dougherty, has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. PCD has developed into a full-service General Contractor, Remodeler and Construction Manager. Our annual sales volume has now exceeded 2.2 million. We are located in Orlando, Florida making our primary focus the Central Florida Region.

A successful construction project begins long before the first nail is driven. We strive to consistently improve the methods by which we deliver completed projects to provide at the best value, on schedule, with the highest quality. We seek out complex and challenging projects other contractors find too difficult to complete.

At PCD Building Corp. we have handled a wide variety of commercial and residential projects for clients, and, we couldn't do it without our dedicated staff. Our employees have spent most of their lives working in the construction business and know the in's and out's of building requirements, especially in the Orlando area.

After working with Paul Dougherty and PCD on Florida projects we may never need another contractor in the south east region. Without flattery or exaggeration, Paul may be the best in understanding the broad Florida building related codes and their enforcements. He also has been a tremendous help in identifying architectural drawing short comings, there by preventing considerable delay in resubmitting plans and specifications.
