Yard service is good. Their online presence I rate as one star. Google's Chrome web browser doesn't even display their website's homepage; all I get is a solid white background. At present, the web portal they use for online payment is incompatible with mainstream web browsers like Firefox and Chrome, making online payment impossible with these browsers.

I am not a customer. Grizzly bear mowed my lawn and weed eated my yard thinking it was part of Sedona Villas. I caught the weed eater guy in my yard, told him it was private property, escorted him to the property line and told him to not do anything more to my yard. After I left he weed eated all my native milkweed plants. I have left 4 VM, FB'd the company, and no response. Angry.

I called to get an estimate on lawn care and they responded fairly quickly. I responded to the email with a few follow up questions and didn't hear back in 24+ hours so I emailed again with no response and finally after my 3rd email they responded to my email but didn't even respond to one of my questions I had asked. Found service elsewhere.

I set an appointment with them a week in advance. The day comes and goes without so much as a phone call. I called the next day and left a voice mail requesting a new appointment time and never got a call back. If these people are this bad with prospective customers, imagine how bad they would be after they already have your money. Avoid at all costs.

Return calls. Stop trespassing and destroying other people's yards. Your team butchered my milkweed plants I have been growing for 2 years. I told them to get off my property. I have left 4 voice mails on your system. No one calls back. I have sent you IMs and no response. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.

I had just moved to Columbia and had no idea what lawn care service to chose for the "more weeds than grass" lawn in my new house. In four short months the Grizzly crew has improved the lawn 100% with their methods. They have also bent over backwards to work with me to accommodate my schedule because I have dogs in the yard. I was very impressed with the owner of this company when he came to my house to give me a bid on leaf removal. I'm sure I didn't misunderstand the cost, yet when the bill came, rather than being charged for the actual time the men were working, (like other companies charge) I was charged for the entire hour. I paid the $120.00. Then during this winters snow storm, they showed up at my house AFTER I had shoveled the snow.
