I was astounded by the cleanliness and overall appearance of my upholstery after Saratoga Chem Dry cleaned my older sofa.
I wish I had called them sooner. My attempts to clean the sofa was time consuming and took forever to dry. If you have been putting off cleaning upholstery I strongly suggest you give Steve a call.

Saratoga Chem-Dry did a great job cleaning the carpet of four rooms, closets, landing and stairs in preparation for some guests arriving. I contacted Steve via email to arrange the service. He was very quick with his response, clear on their services, options and pricing. He got us on their schedule quickly. Brian arrived right on time to do the work, described his process clearly, got to work and was very efficient. The carpets look great and we will use Chem-Dry again.

Steve was amazing. Very responsive and did wonderful work. Our story: We had discovered a huge stain on our Couch Sunday morning (this cushion also had some smaller older stains we had just lived with). The source is still disputed, but Steve called me back Sunday night (that's right on a Sunday) and was there the beginning of the week. He is super knowledgeable. They did the whole couch he told me to give him a ring if the big stain was still there after it dried, sometime it is and he would come back. Well the stain was 95 percent gone (all the smaller stains were gone), but you could faintly

ChemDry was just here to clean our upstairs carpets. With a dog and 2 year old the carpets needed it! We get extremely comfortable (Covid safe) and knowledgeable about the current stains/spots and what to expect in the future. They worked efficiently and quickly. Our carpets look brand new! The dog and child friendly chemicals made us feel comfortable with the whole process.

Brian just finished cleaning my very precious, possibly antique, wool rug and I couldn't be happier. From the scheduling to the finished cleaning this company was great. Not only did they work around my particular scheduling issue, but Brian showed up 10 minutes early, walked me through his process, and measured the rug and quoted me the overall price before he even began his work. In total I believe it took around half an hour for the actual cleaning, and you wouldn't believe the improvement in the appearance of the rug. Fabulous job, Brian, and thank you!

Recently had ChemDry here to clean our upstairs carpets. We have a dog and 2 year old so the carpets definitely needed it! They were quick, Covid safe, friendly and efficient. Our carpets are still drying but we couldn’t be happier- look like new! (Side note: chemicals are dog and kid safe without any overwhelming scents). Definitely call them!

Chem Dry is far superior than any other carpet cleaner. The results have been consistent and amazing. I have used them for 10+ years and they have always exceeded my expectations. I have also had upholstery cleaned that came out beautifully! Steve, the owner is great to work with. He has an associate named Brian who is so conscientious, polite and diligent. The price is so fair. You just can't beat this if you want your home to excel!
