Wish I could give it a negative star rating. Booked an appointment for a Saturday through HomeAdvisor. ProTek called late that Friday afternoon to confirm the 12 p.m. appointment. No one showed up. No phone call. I called the office about 4:30 to find out why no one came. I was told because it was raining, they couldn't schedule anyone. It never started raining in my area until after 3 p.m. They asked to come on Sunday and I told them that was not good for us so we rescheduled for Tuesday after 2:30. Again no one showed up and no one had the decency to call. I am booking with another animal removal
