With proper maintenance, you'll never need a full refinish again and the wood floor will last a lifetime. Diamond Wood Floors offers maintenance service to ensure your wood floor investment lasts the lifetime of your home.
Yes, you need to move your furniture. Our water based finishes are 90% cured after 3 days so you will be able to move the furniture back in then. However, area rugs will require a full week before they can be moved back in. Maintenance is simple. Depending on the finish system chosen, we will provide you with the proper cleaning kit and instructions to get you started.

Ben and his team (James) were the ultimate professionals. Our hardwoods look amazing. James was the lead for the project and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Diamond Wood Floors did a wonderful job refinishing the floors in my old Summerville home. They were able to do a complete refinish the a house before I moved into it so I know my floors will look great for years to come. Ben was very responsive to my messages and questions which is so very hard to find with most contractors these days. He provided a lot of insight to the history of my floors and how best to maintain the work they did on them. He has a real passion for the work. Our home is 80+ years old so obviously our floors were a disaster. We wanted to redo them but figured they were so bad they'd need to be replaced entirely (or that it would cost an arm and a leg to repair) Ben came out and quoted us a fair price and gave us many different options for restoration. Our floors are now gorgeous and I don't know why we waited so long to fix them. Thanks Diamond Wood Floors!
