Services
Horizon opened in Pensacola on 1994 and Horizon Sunrooms & Spas, Inc. and became incorporated in 1995. In the next 13 years Horizon excelled in the glass Sunrooms. After the financial collapse in 2008 where everybody lost their financing Horizon was forced to diversify it's products to ones that did not require financing.
We have come along way since we opened in Pensacola fl in 1994. Our Home Improvement company has expanded our service areas ten fold to include most cities in the panhandle of Florida, parts of Alabama and the Emerald Coast. If you don't see your area in the list below contact us anyway, because our web guy is a little slow at updating them all.
Our porch is exactly what we wanted, and the people who did the work were great to work with. There were a few misunderstandings in the beginning with management but everything got worked out to our satisfaction. Excellent workmanship on my Studio Sunroom. My wife absolutely loves it, created an entirely new house for us by just adding a outside observatory!
Well then, you came to the right place. Sunrooms can be the perfect home addition, and being an outdoor structure it will add to the beauty and curb appeal of your home. Mainly though, you can enjoy the beauty of the outdoors while in the comfort of being inside. A Sunroom will also increase the square footage of your home, but without the costs that usually come with a traditional room addition.
Studio Sunrooms are sunrooms that are added to the side or back of your home with a sloped eave. While most studio sunrooms are made on ground level we can add them to multiple levels as well. Studio sunrooms are easily added to an existing homes style and while not as grand as a full glass sunroom they are less expensive.

Where should I begin? Salesman guaranteed 12 weeks from day we paid 1/3 of patio that construction would begin. We are at week 16 and continue to get the run around.
In November we get a call they will be at our house in two days for install. We said we were out of town. Fast
forward four weeks later and they haven't even submitted the permit. We verified with Santa Rosa county and nothing is on file. We understand supplies are low and pestaffing can be tough. But the dishonesty and unethical behavior about stringing us along is unprofessional. We continue et misinformation and excuses where

Signed a contract 10 weeks and three days ago. Paid half up front. I was told by the salesman they were 8-10 weeks behind and I would get phone calls weekly to let me know when they would start.
I received one call in 10 weeks. I have to call them and when I do they say they are behind and they’ll call back with a start date. Then they don’t call again. So I have to call again.
The work hasn’t started yet. Will update my review when finished.
Job was completed today and the work was fantastic. I’m completely satisfied. Changing to 4 stars.

Our house is a 1960s ranch house with the original bathrooms (purple in one bathroom, avocado green in the other). We wanted to remodel the purple bathroom, which had a coffin-like stall shower and terrible floors.
Rachel came and did our estimate and was super sweet. When we committed to the contract, work was able to start about 3 months later. We were given weekly updates on permits, materials, etc. We picked our own tile from Lowe's, which HHI purchased on our behalf.
I'm self-employed so home often, and I'd be the one handling everything with the workers, though my husband picked all the

Horizon installed a walk in tub replacement for our standard bathtub. The entire process from initial visit to completion was smooth and professional. The two man installation team , headed by Jon, was a combined carpenter, electrician, plumber, and artistic experience. The completed work was excellent and looks great. They matched colors of the bathroom interior, laid down butcher paper from the front door to the bathroom so as not to soil our rugs and tile, constructed front and rear headboards so the tub looks like it belongs there and matches the bathroom interior, the attention to detail was
