A new roof is probably one of the largest purchases a homeowner makes - with very little knowledge of the product or contractor.
After getting proposals from several local roofers, I was referred to RTI. My initial contact was with Don. He was extremely credible and his pricing was competitive. In addition the deposit was minimal and the permit was included !!!
RTI completed the roof in just 4/5 weeks and it looks great.
RTI is run by an impressive team - Initial contact and proposal was completed by Don, Bob coordinated the scheduling, material, permit, etc and Hector was the onsite supervisor

RTI is a fantastic company that really stands behind its work. I had a couple small leaks in my roof, and it was questionable whether they were covered by a warranty. That didn't matter to RTI - they came to the house and fixed the problem under the warrant. They were responsive and professional to boot. I highly recommend this company.

I used this company back in 2015 to repair roof leaks in a certain area in my garage. Then in 2017 I had leaks in the same area and used them again. Then I developed leaks in the same area again in 2020, but I decided this time to use a different roofing company. I was told by the roof workers of this company that previous repair was not done completely correct. Since I am not a roofing expert, I cannot verify this. Time will tell if its done right this time. Perhaps the bosses of a roofing company should have their workers take photos of each step of the repairs to make sure they are done correctly

Wonderful - hard working - honest roofers that do a five star job for a fair price. My home just received a new flat cement tile roof and I am very happy with the job - neat - tidy - outstanding job.

Called RTI for a re-roof on a flat section area of my home, that another company did incorrectly. Don came out and told me exactly what they were going to do and they did exactly what he told to me(unlike the previous contractor). The crew that came out arrived on time, covered the area of work and pool so that no debris or tar marks would be left in the area of work. Quality of roof installation was excellent. Also they left the work area in good clean shape. I recommend RTI and will use them in the future.

Update. FYI--My previous roof lasted 15 years and the roof before that 20 years. Yes, sometimes a leak or two would happen & be repaired. My new roof is less than 6 years old & has had more leaks than all my previous roofs together! And we have also had hurricanes during those times. I am now thinking they didn't do such a good job!

Thank you to RTI!!! They replaced my roof, and I could not be happier with their work and the service they provided. I have had work done by other companies in the past and there is absolutely NO comparison. They anticipated every need for the roof, they came and did the job in a week, and those men came promptly at 7:00 am every day and worked in the Miami sun until 4:30 every day. They also cleaned up after themselves every day, made sure to cover the pool and bushes when working near them, and left everything impeccable. In Miami -- mejores no hay!!!

We could not be happier than we are with our new roof from RTI Services, Inc. The entire re-roofing job, from start to finish, was completed in less than a week, and inspected-approved by Dade County a few days later. RTI's workers were completely professional, thorough and hard-working. Great communication from the RTI offices. The owners are hands-on roofing professionals with many years of experience. I would rate this company a 10 if the option were given !! My experience with RTI was excellent and second to none !! I had a roof leak and called them for an estimate. They were extremely professional and have years (actually decades) of experience. They are good listeners and very courteous !! They gave me a reasonable and honest estimate. They were punctual and completed the work that needed to be done. No more leak !! This company truly cares about their customers and their work ethic is top notch. I am so glad I contacted RTI! I had 3 broken roof tiles and my homeowners insurance was demanding a get them replaced. I originally contacted another company, recommended by a family member. They gave me a quote on the telephone, which I approved and they said they would contact me to come do the repair. Almost 5 weeks later and numerous calls, I decided to find another company.
RTI was closed for lunch and I left a voicemail message. Within 30 minutes I received a call. I explained the situation and was told I would receive a formal quote via email. Surprisingly, their charge was $100

Let's start by saying that I have owned 5 houses, and have contracted in the neighborhood of $500k of work in total on all of these homes. So, I have dealt with a lot of contractors and subs. And RTI has done work on my current home before.
This time around RTI was OK, except for Bob Pierce. On Dec 6, my deposit check was cashed. A moderate repair. On Jan 6 I received an email indicating the job was complete. It was not, by a long shot. After the sales guy came out to look at the job, he admitted it was not complete. In mid-March, the crew returned, but still did not complete the job. By
