Went to get estimates on fixtures for a new basement bathroom. The front desk sales lasy was kind enough to show me around. She took my phone and email. When i requested estimates for various appliances she called a manager. She asked where i lived and said i had to go through the developer. I told her I had no such agreement or obligation. They never sent me the estimates. I then went downstairs to ask for plumber references. They refused. They said they would have to get clearance from the developers contractor. Seems they have all this tied down. I will not do business with a place that wants
