A few days ago our furnace was acting up as the fan would turn on, but the pilot light/burner (pardon the incorrect HVAC jargon) wouldn't turn on, and coincidently and unfortunately, the unit was leaking water when I would run the furnace. We used Freedom Heating and Cooling once before about 5 years ago for a maintenance and subsequent humidifier install. As many contractors do, they adhered a branded maintenance schedule on the unit with dates/details of each visit. I had a new furnace installed by Ram and Danny last week and everything went great. Punctual, cleaned up after themselves, cleaned out my a/c coil while they were in there, and installed new furnace which is humming along. Freedom previously installed a new air conditioner a couple summers ago and I've been very pleased with their work. No hard sells or game playing with prices. Straight forward and do good work. Very happy with this service. I don't feel like I get "taken" as I have with some other companies.

I called to obtain and estimate on cost of repairs or replacement and Kyle was honest to say, the unit still works (23 year old unit). Called this company for same day AC repair. A guy came out the same day and switched out our motor which was great. However, he badly damaged our carpet in multiple areas by placing the dirty motor directly on the carpeting rather than a tarp. He honestly admitted to doing this which is admirable. We attempted to clean it with carpet cleaner without any luck. We had actually sold our place and already moved out, and the walk through & closing happened to be the next morning. My a/c was making a loud noise and I was afraid to keep it running. I had no idea what was going on, but it did not sound normal. I scheduled an appointment with freedom to have them come out and and check it out. The guy who came out Rudy found out my fan motor was failing. He was able to come back within an hour with a new motor for a good price. Had it fixed within 30 minutes and got everything up and running normally again. This was my first experience with Freedom, but I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Came across this company because I drive past there shop everyday. My parents called me up and told me there heater wasn't working, and I told them to try and call this company. They sent a technician out during the night. My parents said he was very friendly, and polite. He showed my dad that the ignighter was cracked, he went and got a new one off his truck, and showed my dad how he can fix a new one in the future. Total bill came out to $165. Then our lord and savior Jesus (Nick) showed up and explained the issue in terms I would understand and that it was nothing to be worried about; only a minor repair.
He later returned back with a part and explained that everything would only cost about $325. HUGGEEE difference compared to $5000 for a brand new ac unit, that the other bums were offering!!

If you are a woman DO NOT call this place, I called them once and my brother was there to take care of the service call while I was at work. Everything went smoothly so when my second furnace went out I thought I knew who to call, but I was WRONG. On the coldest weekend of the season (02/06/21) Willie came out to "diagnose" my furnace, he told me;… the motor, ignitor switch and mother board was broken. Freedom was the company that installed my tankless hot water heater. I found them through Yelp and also drive near their offices. Nick emailed us a quote after receiving photos from me. Their team arrived around noon and had the job done around 6pm. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up well. The unit looks great and works perfectly.

My experience with Freedom was fantastic from start to finish. And I interacted with numerous people within their organization. Our air conditioner had failed, was leaking, and was 20 years old and not worth repairing. So I needed to get several bids so I could find the best price and workmanship.
The first bid I got was from the technician Willie at Freedom. He came out very quickly. I wasn't home but he explained what he found to my wife, then also called me to make sure he got to speak with us both. He gave me a reasonable quote to replace both the AC unit and furnace in our condo.

Freedom heating and cooling has provided not only myself, but my friends & family with great service/installations. We all became recent homeowners and HVAC is very important to living comfortably. I should have left this review a few years ago, but it’s better late then never. I have trusted this company with being in my home unattended, even with my own keys. After they finished working, they were even nice enough to drive to my work and drop off the keys.
