Terrible, terrible terrible!!! If you want headaches then go with Kitchen Hill. Plenty of communications pre sales but they disappeared when issues started to pop up. Called, texted, showed up at the store but all they do is promise without delivering. They blame the installer and manufacturers and the customer suffers. I started my project in June 2021 and still unfinished. Bergen Granite and Kitchen Hill same company.

My kitchen cabinets and countertops desperately needed upgrading to give my kitchen a modern look. I went to 3 different places before selecting Kitchen Hill. Kitchen Hill was an amazing experience! This was our first major renovation in our household and loved the experience from beginning to end. The design phase was great overall. We told KH what we wanted in our ideal kitchen and was met with great concepts in their design feedback. It took a few iterations to get the island just right, but I really appreciated their patience. Dennis was our point of contact during the entire process.
