They replaced a furnace in our home. Then in May of 2019 we turned our AC on and it wasn't connected. So we called an AC guy who said when the furnace was replaced, they disconnected the AC an didn't connect it back. Then this winter our electricity bills were $600 + for a 1200 sq ft one sort home. We turned our Thermos down to 60*. We called TNMP out and they replaced our meter. Out bills were still high, so TNMP came out to make sure no one was pirating our lines and it checked out fine. Then I decided to go into the attic and look for myself and saw the ducts just laying there on the attic floor

My AC unit was sitting slanted keeping the water from draining properly. Instead it was leaking into a catch pan and shorting out a kill switch. The man who did the initial diagnosis said it would take two men to repair and that he’d have to reschedule for a time when another guy could come with him. Upon the reschedule day, I was told I would receive a call 40 minutes prior to arrival. No call came so I was double surprised when the single repair man arrived unannounced. He said he couldn’t get anyone to come with so he was going to rig up a pulley to lift the unit while he leveled it. Instead

I have a home warranty policy and my warranty company required that I use them. The techs were AWESOME. The warranty company needed more information since the microwave needed replacing. The warranty company called to say they tried contacting Doshier and they wouldn't call back to order the microwave. I called and asked that they call the warranty company so they could replace the microwave. The woman who answered the phone said they don't have time to talk to them, and would not call them and spend time being on hold for the warranty company and stated "I have too much on my plate to deal with
