Tom worked on adjusting my garage door when it kept popping back up. I thought the $99 charge was a bit much for the little bit of work. when he left, I could see sunlight shining through the bottom of the door. Called FOUR times to ask him to come adjust and have never heard back. Unsure why being ignored but VERY unprofessional. Would not use again!

I found them a little over a year ago after a storm in our area and the area had been hit hard with an electrical storm. I was a fan after his first repair! He came and stayed late to get the job done. We couldn't get our other company that we normally used for repairs but after one visit he became our company! He is honest, goes above the call! So naturally yesterday our springs broke and we called him again because of his excellent customer service! He again came when most people would have told us the next day, he was out that evening and got the job done. If you want an honest

Had Msgic Garage Door out to repair an off the track problem. He came promptly, and made the necessary repairs, and nothing more. He could have tried to sell me an entire new frame system, as I'm sure the bigger companies would have. But instead he straightened the necessary rails, and the door worked perfectly. Until that is I accidentally backed into it damaging the three lower sections. With my previous very positive experience I naturally called Magic Garage Door for a complete new door. Again, the response was prompt, and the price on my new door very fair. The job was completed quickly
