Two thumbs up to Derek and Complete Comfort! He just replaced my furnace and air conditioner. I was totally impressed by him during the entire process. He is super responsive. He responded to my inquiry about a quote within a day and he was here within a couple of days to look the system over. He wrote the quote on the spot and still honored his initial quote a month later after I wasted time trying to get other companies to provide quotes. When I awarded the job to him he was ready to do the installation the next day. The quality of his work is top-notch. He showed up for the installation on time

Derek helped us right away, did a fantastic job of diagnosing the issues with our 25 year old Carrier furnace, and had it running perfectly that very day! We were also pleasantly surprised with how affordable his services were. He will be our go-to guy for any future HVAC needs that may arise in the future. I highly recommend him!

Derek Dezarn at Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling did a fabulous job on our HVAC installation. It was a difficult attic installation and Derek pulled it off with no problem. He was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. The inspector was very impressed with his work as well. I would highly recommend Complete Comfort for any HVAC work.
