By 1995, Ted & Mark Mason began working with Mr. Johnson and at that time Ted established his own mini-blind cleaning company. Nope, dont even waste your time calling. I called to get a quote and the lady who answered was not friendly AT ALL. Absolutely zero customer service skills, she sounded annoyed and inconvenienced by my call. She was very short and not helpful. That alone would keep me from ever hiring this company to do anything in my house.

Johnson-Mason Carpet came out to clean my window blinds and their service was quick and easy. They came out in the morning to pick them up and returned them at my convenience later in the afternoon on the same day. The results were fantastic. The office was easy to talk to and schedule with and they were very open with their communication. I will be using them for the other services they offer.
