My husband and I were in New Hampshire skiing last weekend and on ur way home, we passed this store. We have known Bassett and loved the company for years but have not been to this location. The woman inside, Irina, was extremely nice and helpful. We ended up ordering a new dining room set and the best part.. NO TAXES! She called us a couple weeks later that our set was already out for delivery and a few days later a couple nice guys delivered and assembled everything for us in our home in Boston. Serve and quality was great.

I have been searching for a new bedroom set for a few months when my friend insisted I check out this website. I found one I really loved but the website was for a store located in Nashua, NH. I called the number and a man answered and explained that shipping to Ohio wouldn’t be a problem. He was very helpful while he listened to what I wanted and took my order over the phone. He sent me an email with confirmation and even called a couple weeks later to update me on the delivery time. The furniture came in great condition and I’m obsessed with my new bedroom. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve purchased a bedroom set from Bassett Modern collection. It was delivered in the end of December. I love it. The quality and the price are absolutely perfect. I recently bought a house and walked into this design center hoping to hire someone to help me design multiple rooms in my home. Unfortunately the lady on site was extremely rude to both my mother and I. I absolutely love Basset and am so disappointed I was unable to schedule a design session or purchase anything. Next time I will try the Burlington location but hoping the staff is a bit friendlier.

Highly recommend the Bassett store in Nashua! Derek couldn't have been more helpful as we were picking out living room furniture, both during the several trips we made to the store and over the phone when we had lingering questions. We LOVE the sectional we ended up with, we tried out a few different styles from similar retailers across NH and MA, but are thrilled with our choice to go with Bassett's custom sectional. It's super sturdy and comfortable and looks great in our living room. And their delivery team was very professional!

It was my first time to this location in Nashua, NH and I was very warmly greeted at the door by a nice woman. I explained to the consultant Irina what I was looking for and she showed me several different alternatives. She was very helpful and not pushy like some other experiences I’ve had at furniture stores. I ordered four beautiful Bassett custom dining chairs for my dining room and in just a couple weeks 2 polite young men delivered them right to my house and assembled them. I really can't say enough about my experience with Bassett Design Center in Nashua. Customer service was my profession, so I have extremely high expectations and can be tough to please. I was certainly not disappointed! Their staff, from Irina, my astonishingly great salesperson in their Nashua store, to Max in their warehouse, to our amazing delivery folks - just top notch in every regard!

The store manager Irina called me personally and expressed that she was working hard to make new Bassett in Nashua a top notch facility. She offered to replace our sofa and get us one with a new fabric....at most discount possible! This really went above and beyond and is the service I was looking for. We met with her personally and picked out something that was durable and fit our needs better than the basket weave fabric did.

Our new custom sectional was just delivered (only 3.5 weeks after placing our order) and we love it! The whole process was so easy and user friendly. Our designer, Derek, and store manager, Irina were fun and detail oriented. As a fabric geek, I was truly impressed with the range of fabric and trim options, especially for the four custom pillows that came with the sectional. The team of Bassett Design Center kept us updated as the order progressed and the delivery team was very professional.
