Scottsdale Best Appliance Repair was founded by Pamela Townsend in 1998. A graduate of Baystate School of Technology I hold certificates in Major Appliance and Refrigeration Repair. I also hold a Universal Refrigerant Recovery License and an ASE Refrigerant Recovery Certificate. After Graduating in 1991 I worked for several Major Appliance Repair companies honing my skills.
By 1998 I had enough of working for other people so I set out on my own. My goal was to provide Honest, Affordable, and Dependable Appliance Repairs to my customers and always show them the Respect and Gratitude they deserve. I take great pains to make Precision Appliance Repair Efficient, Convenient, and Affordable and I treat all my customers like family.
I specialize in the repair, maintenance, and installation of major household appliances. Such as: Washers, Dryers, Refrigerators, Gas and Electric Ranges, Cooktops, and Ovens, Dishwashers, Microwaves, Compactors, Disposals, and some Central Air Conditioning as well.
