Don't be fooled by fancy showroom. Promises and customer service started off great... we choose them to remodel our kitchen. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied…wound not recommend them at all! Had to keep asking for updates, workers did not pick up after themselves, & items went missing from our house. Needed repair done a few months later and have had NOTHING done for 3 months now. As my General Contractor they are pushing me to speak with fabricators instead of resolving the issue. Extremely poor customer service, and question materials used from what they sold me.

Desert Sun Customs was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish! I hired them to completely remodel my kitchen and they did an amazing job that I am beyond thrilled with both how the entire project progressed and the end result! My kitchen is beautiful! From the first day I met with them, I felt like they really cared about the work and wanted to do what was best for my kitchen and my budget. We have had two bathroom showers remodeled by Desert Sun Customs (one last summer, and one this summer) and are very happy with their work. Everything turned out beautiful, and they were great to work with. We would highly recommend using them for any of your remodeling projects. We will definitely use them again for more projects around our home.

Upon reading the reviews on Desert Sun Custom, we choose them to install a walk-in shower. After our consultation we were excited to proceed with installation. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied…wound not recommend them, we absolutely received the opposite service we had anticipated. Poor customer service, unsatisfactory work (not high quality by any means) …very disappointed with the attribute of service we received.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, they are simply amazing in all respects. They have an exceptional amount of product to choose from in their showroom or if you dont see what you like buy what you like and have them install. We had our shower room re-tiled and the vanity tops replaced. From start to finished the work was done exactly as Levi promised from the start date to the finish. The worker came on time, worked very hard to produce a beautiful finished product and can we discuss how perfect the clean-up was when they were finished...impressive! I would highly recommend this
