In '89 we became a Butler Builder for Southeast Iowa. By then we had successfully expanded into all phases of commercial and industrial construction. As your general contractor, S.G. Construction will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of a construction site, management of vendors and trades, and the communication of information to all involved parties throughout the course of a building project. Since becoming a Butler Builder in '89, S.G. Construction has gained experience in projects with a broad range of size, design, and unique construction challenges.
S.G. Construction acted as general contractor to coordinate the quick schedule for prefab dormitories at Southeastern Community College. The project began in August and students moved in 5 months later!
