I Contacted owner, Robert Gonzalez, for a quote on a new AC. From the start, Robert, was professional, honest and straightforward about his prices and the products he installs. Which is very rare nowadays.
To say that Mr. Gonzalez only sells ACs is an understatement, he cares about his customers and tries his best to provide them the best product for the most reasonable price.
His employees are also of the same caliber. They are respectful, professional and knowledgeable of their job. They clean up after themselves and leave your house as it was prior to their arrival.

We contacted All-Tech by seeing their good reviews on Google. Spoke to Robert and explained our situation. He had a tech over the next day and diagnosed our problem and explained to us the issue. We found All Tech Heating & Cooling in the Harlingen Newspaper after calling another company who did not provide the services that all tech did - we are so glad that Robert answered our call after hours and scheduled to come to our home to have our air ducts cleaned and check our air conditioning unit checked as well. After the air duct cleaning, a thorough check of our air conditioning unit was completed and it was determined that we needed a new unit. The installation went smoothly. We arrived home from a business trip on 07/03/19 to discover that our HVAC had DIED! Got estimates from 3 companies and All Tech was the best price, plus Robert took the time to explain what needed to be done and agreed to install it on July 4th. Very HAPPY and COOL with their work.
