The guys who cleaned out my house after the fire were great. Did a fantastic job. All the people who worked on my house were very nice and polite.. I have had problems with my roof they put on my house 10 yrs ago. It began leaking a month ago, had someone come look at it. I was told the vents on the roof top were not properly done water was slowly leaking under the shingles upon taking the shingles off two large holes were found. I had to pay for it to be repaired. I really think a roof should last a lil more than 10 yrs.

There was a lot of major damage from wind and snow to skirting on home. They did an AMAZING JOB!! It looks brand new and no more leaning..Bod Feathers was here few years back and replaced same thing but it still leaned and looked same after they left yet they said "best we could do with the way ground is". After Milhalko's work was completed it was straight and level..so obviously it could be done..just needed to take the time to fix it right and they did this even with snow on the ground. Thank you guys so much for making it look beautiful again!!

Called to get estimate on structural repair at our home. Estimator (Sean) came at the designated time and review project. We were told we would get the estimate the beginning of the following week. That was 10 days ago. We went with a contractor that followed up his initial visit with a detailed estimate. Still waiting to hear from Mihalko's.

Failure to inform the customer of the procedure for a free estimate and cancellation just minutes before the appointment window is not just unprofessional, but lazy. Aaron called me just 10 minutes before the scheduled free estimate appointment to only tell me there was no need for him to go on site because they don't have contractors on hand that build a needed blueprint for a home addition estimate. My elderly parents recently had a fire that destroyed their home. Mihalko's took care of packing everything up that could be saved to be cleaned and restored and getting rid of what was destroyed. They made a complete inventory of what they packed up and what had to destroyed. They will also be handling the demolition of the burned out house. Their team was not only professional and did a great job, but they worked with us with compassion knowing how hard this fire was for the entire family. They have made everything very easy for us to move through this process.
