I would have to disagree with one of the reviews posted about their lawn not coming in
I too have nothing but issues with my lawn. It has nothing to do with what Pritchetts has done but it does fall solely on the builder SABAL Homes. Pritchett is paid by sabal and sabal could care less about what the lawn areas look like. Pritchetts has worked with me to get my lawn going and so far I have seen a slow improvement. Keep in mind that these lawns are sod and there is very little "prep work" for this type of lawn. In my opinion they have gone above and beyond to help remedy a bad situation with the
