Anthony and Tyler are so kind. We recently started our treatments and had the pleasure of working with both of them.
As far as the pests, we've definitely seen a decrease in everything. We are on a quarterly schedule so we're hoping that this plan will keep us relatively bug free in the spring and summer.

The technician was professional and polite. He was on time and did a thorough job. We have used Integrity Pest Management for several years now to spray preemergent weed control and have always received better than satisfactory service at a reasonable price. And, best of all, I don't have to pull weeds anymore.

Integrity is certainly not what this company believes in. We had them come spray for weeds and bees. They failed! They had to come back out to redo the spraying and it didn't work for the bees! We even took pics of the bee hive that showed up less than a week after they sprayed. They didn't respond to our text or try to come fix it. Of course they want their money. We told them we'll pay but they are to close our account. Every secretary we've spoken to have been extremely rude!! Stay away from this company!

We started with quarterly pest service a year or so after moving into our home in Fallon. We had an ant problem, all in the kitchen cupboards and pantry. We had them come out, they sprayed and baited the house for ants. It took about a week for the ants to finally go away. The bait kills the hive so takes a little bit. Since then we have them come out quarterly. They spray inside and out and knock down any wasps nests. If we have any issues pop up before our next spray we can just call and they will come out.

Anthony came and did my quarterly spraying for pests. He was very attentive and listen to my concerns about spider eggs hatching. He took extra time and care to cover all areas I was concerned with. He used is stronger pesticide inside the house with my approval. We do not have children or pets and that was a concern of his with the stronger chemical. So far so good and it's been a couple weeks. They did our home inspection a couple months ago and we were very happy with them therefore we decided to stick with them. I highly recommend them. I've talked to a couple different gals in the

I'm very satisfied IPM. Every summer I have problems with pesky, little black ants and spider's. Occasionally I may find some of these critters a week or two after my quarterly spraying but a call to the office sends a technician, and they are always on time. The employee's are well versed in their job and always show concern to their customers. Thank you Tammy, Jarred and Anthony!

Integrity? Definitely not. They came and sprayed when I wasn't home and it turns out, they did less than half of what was supposed to be done, and charged full price. No one bothered to call me and explain anything to me, they saw someone new to the area and didn't know how bad the weeds were. They fed me some BS about how if I spray this I won't have any weeds, yada yada. My yard is covered in weeds. Turns out they couldn't do 3/4 of it because of fruit trees. I called the office after receiving the bill, they told me they would speak to a manager and call me right back

The technicians are great, but I'm a little disappointed at the front office scheduling. They aren't as accommodating for working families. The gals get snippy with you if you can't take the time they are in your area.
When I was told they'd call me back the following week to schedule, they didn't follow through. After over a year of service I had to look elsewhere.

I contacted this company today to spray for spiders on a property I own in Fallon. I was treated just like I had done business with them for years, they contacted my tenant immediately and we're at the site within the hour!
