All types of flooring from carpet to tile available to view. Spacious and orderly. Able to look at the various offerings without any problems. However, I had had someone from the store to come out to measure previously, but the store had lost the measurements and the need to have the flooring measured again is needed.

Terrible service. Picked a carpet. Ordered it for a room. The wrong carpet was installed. I took my original square up there (the one they gave me and told me was ordered) and told them this is what we ordered, showed them the below picture, and they told me "no it wasn't" and refused to work with us to get it changed out. Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Terrible company. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

I recently moved to the Odessa area for work and was recommended the store for home carpeting. Upon arriving, the representative/salesperson (Arely) was so helpful in accommodating to my needs for my new home. The next day installation was very streamline and fast, compared to other places. She is very knowledgeable on her trade and design, and will be continuing working with her and the store to complete my project. Overall pleasant experience in store and working with Arely.
