I am very impressed with this company! They came out and did the inspection and there was a lot of termite damage. We set up the tenting and a week later they had completed the repairs and the tenting. The company’s that are connected with Nix are also professional and did a great job. I am very satisfied with the services provided for by Nixtermite. Right from the start, Travis was very professional and detailed about the termite treatment process and the options that we have. We didn't feel pressured to get the extra insurances but rather felt the importance of having them after it was explained to us. From the installation of the tent through the fumigation and subsequent removal, all was done on systematically and on schedule. Travis made sure that any concerns were immediately addressed to our satisfaction. And of course, there is Stacy---wow! she is outstanding

Well I’m in the middle of refinancing and ordered an inspection. Well let just say this company was chasing as much money as possible. Be careful as they will try and add as many charges as possible and if you for any reason need a reinspection it’s 85 extra dollars. Which to me was fine, until they were insisting that even if the area they claimed needed to be treated was completely torn out and replaced with new material they still would need to spray for an extra 500 dollars. Mind you it was only one board. So please be careful with these people.

I recently had Nix Termite treat an area of my home for subterranean termites. All of the staff I worked with were knowledgeable and friendly. Hector, the estimator, was experienced with this kind of termite and with my input we put together a treatment plan. The technician Jesus was also experienced and worked with me in ensuring the treatment both inside and outside was applied in a way to maximize its effectiveness. The office staff was very helpful in executing the contract and scheduling the work, and the cost was reasonable.

If I could give this business, 10 stars I would happily do it! These guys are the best!!! They beat the quote we had from a different company, they were SOOO NICE and friendly when they came to do the fumigation and wood work and did a great job! We paid extra for insurance for the roof tiles and they were proactive, came back to the house, checked the tiles that were broken and said they will replace them. We didn't have to check their work after them. They gave us peace of mind. And best best best of all- we didn't pay until the work was completed!!! No other business in this day and

Tenting our home for fumigation was a big deal for us. We trusted Nix to make the experience less painful. I won't go into all the details but be aware that Nix is not going to hold your hand. Once you sign the contract the game is on. We got all the bags to put the food in and plenty of reading material. Unfortunately, we were not aware that you need to, and you can, call SDGE more than the 48 hrs. to get the gas turned back on, since SDGE puts a lock on your meter valve, and despite what their web site says they CAN come out in the afternoon after the tent is down. I put out a request for a termite inspection for my refinance and Chris was the first to respond. He provided info on service and pricing and an excellent military discount.
I was able to make an appointment the next day. I received an email confirmation that the inspector was coming that included a picture. This was a great notification so I would recognize who was coming. You can never be too safe these days so I really appreciated this extra step they took. Hector was our inspector and was quick and efficient. The report and invoice were emailed the following day, as
