Ronnie (owner) did our roof, he promised this would fix it permanently! Pictures show now we have too have a complete redo! We are located in Roanoke historical area, so must be in compliance with the city! HIS "FIX" caused well over $20, in damages ! SO CALLED FAMILY, your just a customer so Goodluck if he does "family " the worst job everever! WUSH I COULD POST PICTURES

The guys came out and made some minor repairs to my roof and I was pleased with the service and the price. I now need some new repairs and have left several messages that have never been returned. I can't seem to get through to anything but their voicemail. They do good work, but good luck in making contact.

My wife and I are leasing commercial space in downtown Covington. Nearly two years ago the building owner contracted with this company to repair the leaking roof. Despite the property owner's best efforts we have heard nothing but excuses from from Mr. Caldwell. And, as another reviewer has pointed out, expecting to get a response after leaving multiple messages is an exercise in futility. Judging from his lack of quality work and constant excuses, I am forced to conclude that unless you are waving new money in this guy's face, you go straight to the bottom of his priorities. Please avoid Caldwell
