Where do I start...He agreed to stop by on the scheduled date but I had to call after he did arrive but made it to my home after 30 minutes later. He arrived and walked in without paper or pen nor did he take any pictures and he promised to send a quote within 36 hours. I started to wonder but I thought he was the pro and knew what he was doing. Well, I never received a quote and thank goodness because he was not a professional.

Jack remodeled Our family room and bathroom. We could not be more pleased with the beauty of the rooms. We absolutely love them and have had numerous complements. This was a big job because concrete and walls had to be removed. It is a stunning room. Total professionalism, always on time and hard working. Second job completed by Jack and his team. Could not be happier with the results!
First job was crown molding for three bedrooms which was completed on time and on budget. The finishing painter made a small mistake and when I noticed, Jack was quick to get it taken care of.
The second job was beams for the master bedroom with backlighting. Rather than spend endless amounts of time talking about it, check out the photos attached. Beautiful work done by Todd who is a true craftsman. Very happy with the end result.

Contacted Jack on a Friday for an estimate, he came on Monday, and sent it to me later that night. Agreed to the work Wednesday and he started the following Monday. We had him add a wall to enclose a room and add a door and his estimate came in $1000 less than another company. He showed up on time and had his guys work mon-wed, then he finished on Saturday as it was Thanksgiving weekend. Very pleased with the work. Horrible customer service! Like other reviews, he came last year for an estimate, and I wasn't able to go forward with Installation because of family illness. I e-mailed him recently and asked if he still had the estimate because I couldn't open up the attachment. He did e-mail me back stating that he couldn't open it up himself and would need to come back to remeasure. He asked for my address, I texted it to him and never heard back from him! Someone like this, I wouldn't even want him to do the job, not reliable!

Todd was on time everyday and did a nice job. There some things that needed attention after they were finished l, that I didn't notice until later. I got four estimates for crown molding and a marble accent wall and Jack came in the lowest. I didn't just hire his company for the low price, he seemed like he really knew what he was doing and gave me my estimate while still in my house, in about five minutes! Also, he could do both the wall and the crown molding and pass-throughs, so I would not have to hire two different contractors.

We have used Fletcher since we moved to Las Vegas 7 years ago and have been really happy with all the work Jack has done for us over this time. Last summer he did our kitchen backsplash and it came out absolutely beautiful. With any kind of remodeling project there are small things that can come up and every time anything happens Jack ALWAYS makes it right. We have hired him again this summer to do our entertainment center and master bathroom shower and have 100% trust that it will come out perfect. Found this company on our neighborhood's app Next Door where the owner, Jack M., advertised his business. Yes, we live in the same neighborhood, pretty much.
Contacted Jack via text and asked him if he could do a walk through and do a quick estimate on Monday, Sep 10. He said he'd come the following day, Sept 11 Tuesday, which he did. After multiple attempts to get my crown moulding install completed I yelped 3 local contractors in LV area. Jack Fletcher returned my call asked a few questions and came by next day for in home estimate. After a quick glance at the job gave a price which was VERY VERY competitive if the 3 quotes I received. He showed up the day scheduled on time and knocked the installation out same day on 2100 SQ Ft house. His painters showed up next 2 days and did an amazing job.
