Sound Garage Door

Great service! Had an emergency shop door (16 x 14) stopped about a foot short of closed. Rob at Sound Door sent a tech out the next day (between Christmas and New Years week) and after several hours of adjustments and repairs, the door works perfectly. Awesome company to work with!

Went to leave for work and our garage door wouldn't open and our only vehicle was parked in the garage so we couldn't get to work or go anywhere. After calling 8 or more garage door companies and finding that the soonest any of them could get to our home was the next day and other companies we called were 3 days to a week before they could "come take a look" we tried forcing the door open anyway we could think of and eventually gave up on that plan we found Soung Garage Door number and explained that our only vehicle was parked in the garage and the garage door wouldn't open so we couldn't even

We just had our garage door replaced and I highly recommend Sound Garage Door. The owner, Rob Kline, came to look at our existing set up, and walked us through what we truly needed. In the process, we saved more than $1,000 because we actually didn't need to change our motor. He is very conscientious and had his customers' best interest in mind, not just caring about making a sale.

I placed a call mid afternoon after my daughter backed into the garage door before it was fully opened. They got me in first thing the very next morning. He arrived on time, did exactly what he said (and more!). A very pleasant experience all the way around.

We have used SGD for several years now for our house and rentals. Even though they are more expensive for their work, the work was done well and professionally. Recently we had work done on one of our garage doors and at a rental unit. The work was not properly done like in the past. The garage door work at our house was very sloppy with debris and nails all over the driveway. Rob had his guys come back to make it right but 3 times for a little repair was unexceptionable and a waste of our time. The work at the rental unit was an install of a opener and was done off center with a gap at the floor

Nothing like a broken spring before a long Memorial Day weekend to put you in a bad mood. But then I called Rob K at Sound Garage and he made it ALL better. Rob took a look at his busy Friday schedule and was able to squeeze me in for new springs and service with Eric the tech before he started any other jobs.

Eric was quick, efficient and was able to get me opening/closing before the kids went off to school! And the springs Sound Garage chooses to use are a top notch product with a much greater life expectancy-50,000 cycles. Needles to say, I should have called Sound Garage Door the first time

Called today, July 4th, 2013 because I had broken torsion springs on my garage door. I have called around to get price quotes and shop around. Most places I called had a local phone number but are call centers and huge company's with web pages, not websites (huge red flag)!!!!!!!!

I found Sound Garage Door Co and called to leave a message due to it being a holiday. I spoke to Rob who answered after 2 rings. He gave me a quote quick with no BS sales pitch. There was no extra charge for it being a holiday and the price was competitive and not inflated. Rob said my tech (Eric) would be here

I bought a voucher from Amazon Local to get my garage door conditioned and repaired. Dave, came out and did such a great job that I'm giving him and the company a shout out in this review. Dave was right on time, professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time.
