Our in house design team has over 100 years of design and building experience; including budgeting, conceptual design, space planning, complete interior design, and furniture design/selection. Our field forces self-perform most all carpentry related aspects of our projects including millwork, cabinetry, and furniture with a crew of 25 craftsman.
We work hard at creating "made to measure, " environmentally friendly, and healthy projects that complement each of our customer's personalities and lifestyles. Initially building only mid-sized residential projects, Farinelli now handles projects from custom-built homes to light commercial buildings, as well as renovations, additions, and maintenance work.

Specific Neighborhoods we build include Meadowview Estates, Allen Glen, Braeburn, Arborview and Private Lots. Meadowview Estates & Arborview: (Meadowview available lots are starred) Availability changes daily. Arborview is a new development located in Upper Allen Township, Mechanicsburg. The neighborhood is located off of the Mechanicsburg/Bowmans Dale Exit of Route 15.
Farinelli Design Studio is a full service design company that assists with a wide array of services. First, we directly serve Farinelli Construction by guiding new clients through the building process and coordinating the design selections such as paint, flooring, lighting and window treatments just to name a few.

From our first discussion with the Farinelli Construction design team to our final meeting, we had absolute trust and confidence that Don Farinelli and his team would deliver the home of our dreams. We've never experienced a team so skilled, coordinated and coached. I was looking for a local builder who was experienced in designing a space that would
encompass a large use of practical storage plus creative work spaces.
Farinelli Construction was wonderful in giving me a person to work with one on one for the entire process from design to build. My new space is in a walk-out basement and it meets all my needs as planned. I am extremely pleased with the end result as well as the process along the way.

I can not say enough about Farinelli Construction and the services they provide. We used them for home remodels at our previous home and also to build our new home. Both processes were seamless and enjoyable. For the home remodel they arranged everything with the subcontractors and did it all without interfering in our day to day life. We also used them to finish our basement and again, they did it as seamlessly as possible. I did not have to arrange anything with subcontractors. They did it all for me.
