Our story began in 2005 when we were first introduced to KoolDuct. We saw the benefits of this lightweight sheet metal duct alternative and began to re-center our shop around this technology as it entered the United States. The lower air leakage and consistently higher R-values allowed us to offer our customers a better duct solution.
Thermaduct offers pre-engineered, high efficiency duct systems that incorporates the duct, insulation and cladding all in one high performance product. Our rectangular duct system is available in a variety of thicknesses that supply R-8 through R-24 insulation value, while our round outdoor ductwork is available in R12.
Phenolic is a high performing alternative duct material that helps HVAC Contractors increase the thermal and duct leakage efficiency of their systems. Using phenolic also means that there is no need for separate ductwork and separate insulation as it is a 2-in-1 solution that does the job of both. For both interior and exterior applications, this duct material can offer many benefits for an installation.
