All service calls that require a technician is subject to a charge of $25 to cover the expense. I called to say I had no air at all. They came out and took care of us as soon as possible. They were very efficient and informative. I felt very much aware of what was being done and confident that our problem was handled in our best interest.

Outstanding service from the best HVAC company in town, hands down!! Our unit wasn’t heating & Ray showed up the same day that I called. He went above & beyond to find the part we needed (knowing parts for just about anything nowadays are hard to find or shipping takes forever), but he was able to find it & it even arrived a couple of days early. Very reasonable prices & quality of work is beyond our expectations. Thank you Ray for being an upstanding businessman! You will have us as customers for life! Keep up the good work man! Ray did an amazing job replacing a split unit in a house I was renovating. He takes the quality of his work very seriously, and is upfront and trustworthy with his pricing. Since the unit has been installed, it's been running great. I had a few questions afterwards, and he's been more than happy to answer them - usually getting back to me within the hour. I will absolutely use his services again. 5 stars!
