We got our cabinets about a 9 months ago and it is still under warranty. somehow I found a crack on one of the doors. I emailed to Grace and she was so nice and f/u in a timely manner. I was hoping I can drop it off and get it fixed on weekend which I don't need to take any personal time off. Unfortunately the technician does not work in weekend! Meaning we need to drop it off on a weekday. I asked Grace if I could just drop it off on weekend and pick it up on the following weekend? she has no problem. When we dropped it off, Grace told us that she would have someone to deliver it back

DON’T GO THIS COMPANY. It’s an NONPROFESSIONAL company with REDICULOUS service. I order the tile with 2 weeks waiting and they gave me a difference tile but tell me it’s the same. And not responsible for my loss because I used partial of tile. I request them to pay the labor to help remove the wrong tile and need return the tile whole fee to me as compensation. They push the liability to vendor and was an irresponsible company. So far I didn’t get any compensation. It's been two weeks and they didn’t provide the reasonable compensation.

Had a good experience with this company. They are very flexible and will really find ways to accommodate your needs. They even customized a blind corner cabinet for us.
With the pandemic affecting the supply of cabinets and materials, ZMC was able to deliver our requirements. They are also very prompt with answering back questions we sent thru email.

I shopped around for my cabinets for our kitchen at various places in south bay but did not like any of them either because of the price or the customer service or the selection. We stumbled into ZMC Cabinets during one of our visits to Fremont.

We just finished remodeling on our kitchen and laundry. ZMC team did a great job to achieve the goal we discussed. The manager Jeffery always on the communication circle and gives us prompt response. We like the designer as well, as she would always provide us different options on our asking in professional ways. Even though the total project time lasted a bit longer than we expected, the outcomes turned to be worthy for waiting. The last but not at the least, the quotation is the most reasonable among we were searching in Bay Area. We would strongly recommend ZMC.

Where do we start. As others have said, the pricing is an unknown and changes from location to location. The warehouse manager is a real piece of work , rude and a person who lies. Cabinets are rather poorly manufactured and Zmc does a bad job of putting them together. whats Worse is they don't have the cabinets to complete your kitchen without you making serious compromises. Should we be doing that with A $25,000 renovation. Their only interest is the sale. Not your investment. Do to lack of inventory they push you into sizes of cabinets that you don't necessarily want and what fails

Came in today for a bathroom cabinet and accessories for a bathroom remodel. So disappointed with the customer service here. Spoke to 4 different employees and I felt like I was being traded of to the next person. They lacked knowledge of the inventory and delivery dates. They Also lacked knowledge on pricing.
Didn't get the customer service I expected so we left not purchasing anything.
It's not cheap to buy here, so at least give me your undivided attention as a customer or I can just go somewhere else and spend my money.

The team here was phenomenal! Yuqi was great and helped ensure everything on our project was done with excellence. Super friendly and great selections. Ran into a few snags, which is always expected but the team was very responsive and helped resolve pretty quickly. Really enjoyed working with the entire team. Definitely would/have recommended to our friends and will use them for any other projects we need at the house.

This store provided everything I needed for my house's remodeling. Pricing is very reasonable and the service is fantastic. We purchased kitchen cabinets from ZMC couple of years ago at the recommendation of our contractor. He told us that we could purchase domestic-made cabinets, instead of the Chinese-made ZMC cabinets, but would pay twice as much. I wish I had spent the extra money. The ZMC cabinets are cheaply made Chinese cabinets with cheap sprayed finishes lacking durability. When we were selecting the cabinets, I asked “Grace” if the “cherry” cabinets were actually made from cherry. She confirmed that they were. In reality, these cabinets are made from some type of soft, easily damaged wood, with a spray

Recently I just purchased a set of Kitchen cabinet from ZMC. I got the newest style Light Grey Shaker cabinet. It is very nice and clean look. I was debating between the off white and light grey. The sales are very knowledgeable. They answer all my questions, help me color matching the countertop and tile backsplash. The price are great, they assemble my kitchen cabinet in a week. I closed the deal happly. I highly recommend this cabinet store to everyone.
