UPDATE 6/5/21-Happy to say that the CEO contacted me regarding my concerns. He was very professional & apoplectic. Came out to my house and inspected the roofs and leaks. Based on this interaction, I'm confident my issues will be resolved. Will update further with more info as time goes on. Was prompt when there was insurance money involved but beware after the fact. Poor workmanship that has resulted in leaks. Not responsive, doesn't return messages, and has zero interest in making it right after the insurance money runs out.

Ii was very happy when Anthony arrived at my home for the first time. He walked me through each step of the process and me feel secure in my chpice. When the day came to do my roof, which was yesterday the crew showed up earlier then i expected and finishef eatlier then i thought they would. I have referred several people to your company so far. I just encountered one of your very kind sales executives, and he encouraged me to get my roof replaced since insurance companies are paying because of all the recent hail damage. I hadn’t even thought of that and got very excited. He gave me his card, and I said I’d be in touch. As I walked away, I heard him call one of his employees on the roof that they were currently working on, one of the men actually doing the hard labor and of whom happened to be Hispanic, “Jose Cuervo.” I’m sure that man can fight his own battles and doesn’t need me; this is for me and the kind of professionalism

My neighbors were moving and contacted several roofing companies for estimates with AAS being one of the companies. AAS's employee Dylan, looked at my garage roof from the ground, and told me he could see hail damage and asked if I wanted him to check the roof on my house with a free inspection. I had Dylan check my house roof and learned from him that there was wind and hail damage. I contacted my insurance company who sent an adjuster to inspect my roof. Dylan assisted the adjuster with the roof inspection on my house and a few days later I learned from the adjuster that roof on both my house

Hail tore us up back in March.
It's July now.
I have insurance paid new roof and gutters.
I got a premium, to code, roof installation, and professional seemless gutters.
Anthony Fanara guided us through the whole process.
It was great to have a contractor who was an advocate on my behalf to guide me in dealing with the insurance company.
He was here throughout the progress of the work and stayed close by making me feel as though the workers would know they were accountable which, too me, meant top notch work.
I'd recommend AAS to anyone blessed enough to be within their operating area!

Took them 3 months to replace a wood floor in the kitchen and paint a basement room. They painted only half the room and then finished when we questioned why whole room wasn't done (They were paid for whole room.). They used subcontractors for both jobs and these people did a satisfactory job. My calls weren't returned in any timely manner. We walked on plastic sheeting in our kitchen for 3 months with dishwasher disconnected.

AAS came out and bid an insurance job for us for hail on our property. Sam did a great job explaining the process, the other staff (Lori & Amy) have been quick with answers and the paperwork needed to get the claim completed and paid. The roof was completed in less than 3 weeks and it looks great! We could not have picked a better company! Thanks!

When my sump pump malfunctioned and a heavy rain came, it was the perfect storm to flood my basement. We're talking two inches in the (fortunately unfinished) basement too. My Farmer's Insurance claims agent referred me to AAS when I asked for the best. He said he uses them for his own rental property and couldn't be happier. Well it is August... and the repairs are still not completed! They have ran me all over town to find stone, (which is really their job), that will somewhat replace all of the stone they popped off, and then threw away. Good luck to us! The original stone is about ten years old, matching it is impossible. The stone that they removed was in perfect shape. I'm starting to think, they thought if they just got rid of it, then the rest of the house stone, would need replaced as well, (making the job large and mote profitable). I have a similar review as the ones previously posted. I wish I checked Yelp before working with this company. Communication has been limited. Bruce is never in the office, and he never responds to messages. They seem overwhelmed by the business they have and understaffed. I had to go elsewhere after waiting 3 weeks for them to complete the restoration of my basement.

We. Have been working with this company since October 2015. The guys that assess the damage seems like they knew what they were doing. They told me we will put your house back like it was or better. But when it came down to the work if you did your research run and don't look back. They would call to confirm your appointment but don't show up. The insurance adjuster recommend this company. With all the issues we face during restoration it's been a nightmare. Our adjuster had to send an independent adjuster out because I notice a lot of little bumps on my walls after they painted

Do not use these people. I had the sad misfortune to have them to the cleanup after my house was destroyed by fire.
I lost $140,000 of property (that's accounted for) to theft while in their custody.
They made restitution of partial amount. I would give them negative stars if I could. They will not be timely, beware of your goods. In addition to the theft of my property, minor items from (4), yes that's four, other families were mistakenly delivered to me.
My memories are lost, I hope I can help you hang on to yours with this post.

We've been working with these guys after a big storm in June damaged our home. It's taken a while to get the job done but I guess they're busy with all the damage in this area... Taking that into consideration, I guess you could say they are timely (haven't been late to any appointments) and professional but I'll update this after project completion.
