I left this spring after several years as a customer. My grass looked worse each year! Sprinkler appointments were short and never resolved the coverage issues and broken heads. They seem to have too many customers to tend to the details.

Love these guys, especially company customer-service "quarterback" Joe...he's responsive and helpful. The techs do a great job with my lawn. There are hanging tree branches and bushes and various other annoying obstacles for them to negotiate (bad neighborhood, intruder deterrents), and they do so without complaint. I especially appreciate paying after services are rendered, a pleasant change after I endured Clean Air Stapleton's ridiculous seasonal contract for five years...it demands 100% payment whether the lawn is mowed or not. Rain? They don't mow, you pay. Drought

Critical: Professionalism
The company does good work, but for whatever reason, dropped me as a customer. We were set to renew another season and then I heard nothing. Repeated attempts at communication with them yielded not even a courtesy phone call. Almost like a break-up where the other party is too cowardly to let you know that this wasn't meant to be.

Asked for a quote for multiple services with no specific timeline mentioned, received a response w no quote, stating that they are completely booked, without even mentioning their soonest availability. The response was timely. Would be more helpful though to get pricing and next availability, especially since none of my projects are time sensitive. Oh well, next.

I have both neighborhood experience, via our homeowners association common areas, and personal experience with Lawntech, and I absolutely can vouch for the highest quality work from them. First, I'll start with the story from when I first moved into the neighborhood about 13 years ago. Our HOA used Lawntech back then, but because we have very high landscaping expenses with a lot of grass to water and mow, our Board of Directors decided to not renew the contract with Lawntech so we could pinch some pennies. WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER INTERACTED WITH, HANDS DOWN.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Not only did Lawntech kill my grass last year, but they ripped up the new grass I planted this year. I called and talked to his son and told him I has planted new seed and did NOT want my lawn to be mowed that week. He assured me it wouldn't be, but guess who showed up two days later? The lawnmowers went over all the new seedlings that had just begun to grow and ruined it all. I called and said I wanted to be reimbursed. I should say, I called and left a message because no one has ever

I bought a house whose previous owner had been using Lawntech for various services, so I kept them until it all went wrong. At first they were helpful and even provided some advice on things I could do on my own so I figured I'd use them for sprinkler blowouts, aeration, etc. As other reviewers mention, the scheduling process is where things started to go south. I work from home, my wife stays at home with our kids and we have a dog so we always hear when someone knocks, yet we were somehow classified as a "no show" and had a heck of a time getting back on their schedule. I have been a client of Lawntech for close to 20 years. They provide top notch landscaping and maintenance. My lawn always looks fabulous and they clean up after themselves (even taking away the grass clippings). Their gutter cleaning and lawn clean up services are always done with tremendous detail.
