Called for a quote twice, a few days after the 2nd call someone called but missed the call due to being at work. Called the number they left on my voicemail and it went to their VM so I left them a message and still have not received a call back. That was over two weeks ago.
Update: After this review they contacted me and stated they got busy… and forgot. I can understand that. So a guy came out and took pictures from the ground. Mind you this is a flat roof. Dingers completed the replacement of our roof, gutters and rear porch re-stain after the April 2018 Hail Storm. We understood the time it would take to get the job done and they performed the tasks to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I really have nothing good to say about the quality of workmanship. I had a little siding job done that took 4 months to complete. Their communication is horrible with workers and me as well. No clear sign of a plan to complete a project. Things were piecemealed together. Seemed each person had to take apart completed work to finish other parts of the project. Perhaps they are better at roofing than siding.

Dingers replaced my roof, gutters, and refinished my deck. (Storm) The roof shingles they cut corners to cut cost. We are now having a water leak, due to the shingle install, and damage of cutting corners. The gutters are the only thing they did right. The deck was a complete disaster. They said they refinished, including a power washing and restaining. The deck looks worse then before they even started. The owners think since I am a female they can pull a fast one over on me. They still won’t come and refinish the deck, it’s been 6 months. If you want the job done right DO NOT CALL Dingers
