Accurate did an excellent job of removing a huge tree, grinding the stump, and planting grass that matches the surrounding grass perfectly. You'd never guess that there was a tree there before. I'm glad I don't have to worry about branches falling on our house. Great clean-up too!

Accurate Tree Service and Stump Grinding did an absolutely amazing job in removing a large tree in our backyard. The removal process was complex as access to the tree required the removal of a portion of our fence and limbs of the tree were hanging over the fence, powerlines and were near our house. Allen and his crew made quick work of the project (done in half a day) and left without leaving much of any trace that they were there at all! On top of that, Allen cut a nice "cookie" piece from the trunk for us to keep and use to as a keepsake from the tree. I would recommend them to anybody that

I originally called Accurate for estimate on trimming a tree, stump grinding. They were very nice about the estimate and all. I found someone else to do the work $500 cheaper. The other people trimmed the tree but did not grind the stump. So I called Accurate back to see if they would grind the stump, reseed the lawn and put straw down. Here is where the problems start. Accurate said they would come out and give estimate because the tree was not cut short enough. I was all set to use Accurate, so I call the other guy and tell him I found some one else to do the job. In the mean time I get a call

Last week Accurate came to our rescue to help with a Christmas light glitch at the top of one of our large maple trees. Accurate literally went above and beyond with one of their crew (Joe) and their bucket truck to help us out and resolve the problem -- even though they are not in the Christmas light business. I wanted a tall tree (over 4 stories high) removed before the winter and contacted several tree removal companies. Plenty of them either took long to respond or came back with high estimates. Some companies didn't even respond at all. Mike and his team responded quickly and gave a really reasonable price. In addition to that, they were able to schedule the job the same day because they were in the area and got there within 2 hours.
The crew of about 6 men chopped and removed the tree within 1.5 hours and cleaned up the area. By noon, everything

My husband and I had a large silver maple removed in our back yard so we can do some excavating for a basement patio door. The crew that came were super respectful, fast, safe and over delivered. I had asked them to leave the wood chips for the ground up tree and stump on site as I wanted to spread them on our project area to reduce the mud the dogs would bring in the house until we can complete the whole back yard project. Not only did they do what I asked they chipped some additional logs I had in the backyard and emptied they trailer of wood chips they had with them. Everyone has been amazing

I had a lot of problems with communication and getting bad information, including:
• I called to complain about the stump grinding rework they did and they said they would send someone back again. A week went by of clear weather and I called them to check on the status to find out they would not be sending someone back. This is absolutely unacceptable.
• I had asked for an update on when they would be able to get back out to do the initial stump grinding rework and they said they would come as soon as they were able. Well, it turns out they had already come back and did the rework at that
