I had a terrible experience. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and when you do they cannot help. It took a month for my stuff to go from Florida to Michigan.
I explained to my agent I did not want to hire a broker moving company and he promised, in writing, that they had their own trucks. THIS WAS A LIE. They hired out a company that was… nothing but trouble. They told me there were coming a day before I was ready so I scrambled to be ready only for then not to show up. I was told my stuff “would be in the next truck from Florida to Michigan” but no one could tell me

Terrible customer service. Don’t answer their phone, won’t return calls to schedule a move in date. Holding out hope my dad will eventually see his belongings again. Don’t use this company.

I called yesterday and set up a move . Called an hour later to cancel and they will not refund my 930.00. I will am contacting my lawyer to start a lawsuit. I'm a Veteran and Federal work this is unacceptable and a SCAM.

Biggest shyster company on the planet! Paid for a full service move and had to do EVERYTHING myself! And now all my furniture is in my garage and I HAVE TO HIRE MOVERS TO PUT IT IN MY HOUSE.
