Over the next 40 years, we have served the HVAC needs of hundreds and hundreds of Ponca City and Stillwater residents and even made most of them our friends. Keep cool and comfortable when it heats up outside with an air conditioner you can rely on. Our home air conditioners and central air conditioners cool the hottest days with reliability and efficiency you can count on year after year. Air handlers make sure newly cooled or heated air gets to every corner in your house, even the tight spaces.
Your air conditioning system is actually designed with two separate units which perform together to provide you the ultimate comfort you deserve. The unit on the outside of your home contains a liquid refrigerant that is distributed over the coil located indoors. Through this process, the heat and humidity are removed from the air and your comfort is maintained by cooling the house.

I requested a quote the person came out noticed something wrong with my unit. It took literally less than 5 minutes to fix (no parts used) then he continued to look at everything and told me I would have to wait for the owner who had just had surgery to get an accurate quote. Ok fine, I have now waited almost 4 weeks still no quote but I received a bill with a $60.00 trip charge. WOW
I will pay the bill and end my relationship with this business.. 2 stars is because the boy who came out was very nice.. if you want a quote for new equipment make sure to ask how much the quote will cost..!

I have used Crouch’s for over 20 years. Doug has always been fair, honest, and responsive. Today, a young man named Taylor showed up to repair my A/C. He knew exactly what was wrong and had me back up and running in 15-20 minutes! He was so polite and professional. He gives me the needed confidence in the next generation!

Crouch Heat & Air did a superb job with our AC repairs. The repairs were done quickly and expertly. We had a home warranty so working with them was a sort of nightmare..... but they were patient and worked with them to get our repair done and covered. I would recommend them to anyone in their service area.

Update: Another great experience. Cleaned out a very dirty AC unit. All ready for the warm weather. Great people, great service!
Great experience. Came to check out a noise from my furnace. Turned out to be some ice build up, but took the time to service my system while they were here. I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, and work. I will use them in the spring for my AC maintenance.

I have never been more thankful to write a review. If I could give this company 100,000/5 stars I would. My heating went out right before the ice stormpocalypse of 2021. I called this company for the first time on a whim. A desperate prayer really. Let me tell you, calling this company was THE BEST DECISION I'VE EVER MADE. No hyperbole. Doug came to my house personally with a wonderful assistant and assessed the situation like no other company in town had previously. I've had others out to my house who took my money and failed to identify the problem. But not Doug. He not only made several calls
