My homeowners sent this company to my home to fix my garage door, I also asked to have a code garage opener added. The tech arrived with out the opener so was unable to put in. I was understanding as the guy was very nice about it. He said he would be back Monday or Tuesday of the following week. It's Thursday and I've yet to hear a word. I have also called and left voicemails with no response. Very disappointed!

I am a 70 year old widow. I live in a 55+ community. My daughter had a good experience with them several years ago and was impressed. I called on Monday and got a Wednesday appointment with a window of 8-11. I called the company at 11:30 and asked if they'd forgotten me. The gal at the desk, Kim, I believe, said she'd call Derrick and have him give me a call to update his time because, "He probably got into a job that was more involved...." No call. I called at 12:50 and the answering machine said they have lunch break from 12-1. They're prompt about that!

If you have a home warranty and they assign this company to you, request another contractor instead. It's been 4 weeks since they came and diagnosed the issue. They were to order a board and a capacitor to be replaced. Technician stated it would be around 7 to 10 business days before they would be back out. 2 weeks later and no response. I call them on the 10th business day and the lady stated that I am on their list and they will call me before end of day. It was 4 pm and they closed at 5. I knew they weren't going to call but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So much that I gave

Second time they have had to come out for the same issue - still not fixed. They were extremely annoyed the second time, and would only give a 4 hour window of when they would show up. HSA home warranty referred them out. Office is unprofessional, it is my impression that they screen incomming calls - called 4 times from my personal number to get an ETA they never once answered, then had my husband call from a different number which they did not have on file immediate answer.

One of the springs on our double door recently broke and D & G replaced our springs. When the spring broke my car was in the garage and I was unable to get the door up by myself. D & G kindly came out to lift the broken door. Since our home is aging we also asked them to replace the seals on the bottom of our garage doors. When they gave us a time window for arrival they always arrived during the time window and called prior to their arrival. We appreciate their customer service and workmanship.

A.brown...i had a horrible experience with this company by way of my warranty company....i placed a work order on 12/ 10/14 for my garage door to repaired...so on the next day d&g arrived at my home...upon arrival the d&g employee had a very distant and impersonal disposition about him..like he didn't want to be at my home...i told him about the problem i was having...he replaced the wall remote in the garage and without testing it...just got my debit card number and gave me the receipt and left....the next morning the garage was still not working so i called the company back and
