Cassie was amazing from the moment we started working with her. Specific ways in which Cassie added value to our experience: Cassie was patient with all of the questions we had, if she did not know the answer to a question, she sought out someone who did. We had a bit of a conflict with the warranty department (it was remedied quickly) and she advocated for us with the sales manager. We were in a time constraint as we got closer to the signing, and she worked quickly to get the paperwork completed, and offered for us to return another time to go over the vehicles features. Terrific experience from for moment we walked in the door to leaving with the keys to a new car in our hands. Every employee was friendly and seemed to care about us and our needs. Brought my car in for 18000 mile maintenance. My service advisor, Ryan Zahler, informed me that I had some side wear on one of my tires and an alignment was needed. Since it was a holiday, Ryan checked on my service contract the next day. When he called me, I was delighted to hear that Subaru would replace my tires AND cover the alignment. My tires are ordered and a convenient appointment is scheduled. My visit was great. Professional, courteous, quick, and the dealership waiting area was immaculate. The Service department is one of the best departments I have had to deal with in a long time. I always dread Service departments because I feel that I get lied to. They had excellent communication, Ryan was awesome!!!!! They did not try to get me to buy a new car just to obtain money from me. They were honest and that is exactly what I needed. My husband and I were checking out prices for a new Subaru, with a trade in. Cassie helped us, providing information and answering all our questions. She made the experience a very positive one and we left with a new Subaru and a great trade in deal. All the staff we met including the manager Chris were very friendly, not pushy and made it clear that they were there for us after the sale was completed. Most of the reviews on here aren't positive however my experience has been positive. My situation maybe different than most. My wife and I were looking for a specific Outback. A hard to find trim model. They had one. We new what price we were willing to pay due to shopping around. We had our financing secured through Subaru. We called and spoke with Chris before we went. This is the most lack luster car dealer I've ever been to from their sales to service.
I went there to buy a car and I seemed to have more knowledge of the inventory on their lot than they did. I pointed out a car I wanted to test drive that the salesman didn't know was there. Once on the test drive, the salesman encouraged me to beat on the car (because that would make me want to buy it more haha). Afterwards, I went inside to see how much they wanted for it and they basically wanted the price it would be if it was new (it was 5 years old, 65k miles, needed a paint job). I left.

My 75 year old mother, who is of poor mental health, went to this dealership. The salesman sold her a used rental car for an inflated price and took her car for next to nothing. I called the GM, Pete Junior, and explained that my mother is on a fixed income and cannot afford the vehicle they sold her, and even if she could, the deal was unfair. I asked him what options I had to work a fair deal. He hung up on me. I know they are in business to make a profit, and good for them, but they took advantage of an elderly woman of poor health. I would recommend going to another dealership.

Avoid at all cost. They run false promotions through the mail claiming that the recipients have won prizes. My grandmother received one of these flyers with a scratch ticket. It claimed she won $5000. I double checked all of the fine print and there was no conditions on it like I would expect to see. When she went in to claim her prize they took the paper work from her and told her she didn't win anything. When she came home and told me the story I thought I would give them a chance to explain themselves before leaving a review. Their explanation to me is that they don't run the promotions

Without going into many details, AVOID this dealership at all costs. I don't think we will even ever do business with Subaru again because of our experience with them. We even had direct dealing with the owner and owners son. Neither of which was very friendly or helpful in the least, they were both rude and demeaning. Go to Keene or Concord.

Just got back from this dealership and I am very impressed! The woman that first greeted me, Kim, was very nice and helpful. We explained that we would like a honda (even though it's a Subaru dealership) and we could try a few out. She informed us that there were no Hondas available at the time but we could try a few more. We tested two cars out that were nice, but not exactly what we were looking for. We then informed her that if she got a honda she could call us. She was great, she didn't push us at all! I got a call a few minutes later saying that there was a honda that was over looked

I tried to buy a car from them 9 years ago, it was a promotion, I drove over an hour to get there, they set me up with a loan specialist (I didn't need a loan) who knew less about the car than I did for a test drive. Went to Reilly's in Concord the next day and bought a Legacy. Time to trade in. They sent a promotion offering all these prizes if I went up. I called, confirmed prize (not what it was) called again before making the trip, found out the mailer gave me the wrong information about the minimum prize. 1. Limited hours: They're only open one day of the weekend. If you live in the Upper Valley you probably know how difficult it is to work with limited hours. Personally, I can't shop for cars during the work week. Because we couldn't complete the transaction on Sat. I had to wait until Monday to pick up my car (of which I had to leave work early to get there in time).
2. Efficiency
