Our passion is delivering inspired spaces through interior architecture and design. We founded SPI in 2005 in order to fearlessly deliver innovative designs on time and within budget.

Services
In collaboration with Uforis, SPI designer Ashley Harris created a rendered fly-through for Legacy on Rio's property website. The video fly through is a visual attempt to see the property the way it will be when construction is complete. Together with Uforis, we work to understand the style and narrative our client had in mind.
SouthPark Interiors has been an invaluable partner in our student housing renovation projects. We lean on SPI to provide design guidance for our projects from original renovation ideation all the way through the final dcor finishes for the amenity spaces and model apartments. As owners, we have seen firsthand how trying to go the "cheap" route on DIY designs can really subtract from the overall value-add of a renovation.
