I have used GTZ lawn care for my 3 rental properties over the last several years. Truthfully there is very little lawn at any of these locations and so it has been fairly low stress. Mainly cleanup and snow in the winter. But over the course of our engagement I quite regularly showed up at the properties to find that nothing had been done in weeks, I'd make a call and things would usually be addressed promptly. BUT it appeared I generally had to actually call them out. At the and of this season I had to call and prompt for a fall

I called and emailed this business to request an estimate for lawn care and snow removal for the upcoming winter. After 2 days I did not receive a returned phone call or email back. I called again on the 3rd day and spoke to Frank. I made an appointment for him to come to my place at 2pm (this was a time Frank designated). At 3:30pm Frank still has not showed up or bothered to give a courtesy phone call with a status. I then had to reach out to him again to see if he was still coming. He only responded "Yes". It is 6:10pm and he is still not here nor has he called to say anything. Very

It’s my first time trying lawn services and i just wanted to know if yous accept credit cards? If so which ones? Also, I have an apple tree that is poking towards the neighbors yard and I want to trim it down and this apple tree has a lot of old apples dropping to the grass. I normally would do this myself but I have a crazy work schedule and do not have the energy or time to do it myself.

His employee crossed into oncoming traffic and hit 3 cars, totaling one of them. He tried to run away but was caught by one of the drivers.. He has no insurance and is now pretending the truck was stolen (with yard waste in the back and the keys in the ignition) and the driver admitted the owner of the company was his cousin at the scene. Very shady, sketchy, lying, uninsured company.

I am disappointed in Francisco and his team. We hired him to remove snow from our property. He either comes by very late in the day, or not at all (like today). If he does come, he does not shovel the whole property. Further, he is generally not responsive by phone.
We will not do business with him again, and I discourage others to work with him in the future.

These guys are without question the best. We found them as a referral from a friend and couldn't be more grateful. They do a phenomenal, meticulous job and are super responsive. Frank and his team always show up when expected and have shown up on very short notice when I have asked. I couldn't recommend them more!

Very responsive and reliable - they comes to mow the lawn and pull weeds every 2 weeks. I never have to double check to see if they will be there, they are there like clockwork. They even let me know when the service has been done, so if I am away or forget to pay they remind me. I am able to pay via venmo, which makes a huge difference for me in ease of the service!
Also, as additional needs have arisen (leaf clearing, mulch laying, etc) they are willing and able to complete these tasks also.

I've read great reviews about this place and wanted someone for regular maintenance. however I've contacted and set up a time and service. After all of that on day of service they did not show up no call text or email. Great prices but don't show up I was afraid of that since other reviewers have said the same thing.

Nice guys but very unreliable. Frank stopped by and we discussed the specifics of what services were needed and the associated cost for it. He never showed up when he said he would and it is impossible to get a hold of him or his partner. I'd rather pay more and have someone I trust than to chase unreliable vendors who don't communicate effectively or honor commitments.

I've been scheduling Francisco Gutierrez and the GTZ Landscaping crew for one of my clients (I'm a virtual Executive Assistant) for almost two years now.
