My wife and I recently purchased a new bathroom vanity and cabinet from Dream Kitchens & Baths. Cindy guided us through the selection of the basic furniture, and all of the features, and we ended up with a bathroom far better than we imagined, and easily within our budget. Thank you Cindy & Nelson.

Was a waste of time trying to work with this store. I don't think they want to be bothered with doing business because they won't deliver a quote. I don't know how they even make money. Probably through contractors maybe, because they don't know how to deal with customers directly. Nelson was incredibly unhelpful and frankly, condescending. Will not return and I suggest you look elsewhere.

I stopped by here on a whim one day as I was coming back from Lowes pricing out cabinets and counter tops. We had met with Tanya who was fabulous and provided us with a quick mock up. Long story short, for unknown reasons Tanya up and left (in hind sight, I can't blame her). So we were left with Nelson, the owner of the company. We met with Nelson and he was rather arrogant and pushy. To the point that my wife was shocked I didn't walk out of the consultation. He really had a "I know better than you" kind of attitude and didn't want to or lacked the mental capacity to understand

We dealt with Alysha on site. She gave us a drawing and an incomplete quote. I asked her for something that was left off and got "I'll send that over shortly"...several weeks ago. We liked the drawing and the price but the customer service left A LOT to be desired. Wanted to give our business to someone local, but sad they didn't want our business.

Not much to choose from as far as bathroom cabinets are concerned. Wouldn't go out of my way to go there again.

Requested a quote and sent measurements.
Never heard back.
Took my business elsewhere.
Apparently they don't need the work......

Dream Kitchens along with Continental Stone have been unresponsive to an issue involving an installation done in the beginning of December. It has been "crickets" from Continental and since I have paid my balance to Dream Kitchens, I have not heard a word. Not a happy camper.

One of the best places around for your design ideas for your kitchen or bathroom remodeling. They have the largest selection of counter top martial any where and a huge selection cabinets designs. Their helpful and friendly staff will make you at ease with their knowledge. Making your home a show place of beauty and functionality. I highly recommend that you come down and see for yourself, the people that will make your dream designs a reality.

I give them 0 stars!! Customer service 0!! Run the other way so not worth the wait for someone to call you back!! Heard horrible things from other people too!

Hi, Love my new cabinet. They were very helpful with what I requested. They had many styles to choose from and there prices were reasonable. They were in line with the local "Whole Sale" cabinet shop. Only problem was the computer went down while ordering so that added some confusion when the cabinet came in but all was good.

We (my wife and I) were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and always thought that specialty stores were more expensive than the larger home improvement stores. We took a shot and went into Dream Kitchens and Baths in Leominster.
WOW, were we surprised. The prices were much lower than the larger chains. We were not pressured by the associates. We were given space to make our own decisions. The associates were very knowledgeable. We were given several options in a relaxing atmosphere.
The kitchen remodel was very successful and came out better than we had imagined.

They helped us understand the process, work within our budget and provided us with exceptional support. Most satisfying for us was when our original contractor could not complete the work, Nelson arranged for his team of installers to come in and finish. They worked

Horrible responsive times and no commitments met. Waited over 4 weeks for a simple layout and decided to take my business elsewhere. The designer made commitments to have things ready in a few days and she never contacted us with delays.
