Scott Heise performed annual service on our furnace boiler and as always did a very thorough and good job. That same evening we noticed water in our basement in the boiler area, and assuming that it had something to do with his service, called the company at around 6 pm. The young man who came to our house soon after our call couldn't find the source of the water and called Scott. Scott, who was home resting, came to our home and discovered the source of the water leak to be a plumbing issue. He also stayed around and helped to clean our carpet and basement area. Michael Keillor and his crew did a first class job. Kept me up to date and explained everything he was doing along the way. Always prompt and respectful as we are running a business at the same time they were working on site. Finished in a timely manner and cleaned up when they were done. Our service tech was Brandon. He showed up early to look every thing over and got started immediately. He went back to get the water heater and returned promptly. Got right back to work. He was neat professional communicated with us about everything was very polite. Everything went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better person to have completed the task he did. I was amazed that they were even available because we really needed them! We have used Dutch before and also got good service then as well. So thank you so very much for taking care of our needs! ❤️
