We found GMFplus architects for providing plans for a second floor addition to our home. We needed additional bedrooms, an inside laundry room and garage space for my husband to operate his house painting business. Greg and his staff were imaginative, prompt and professional. We are delighted with the results. My husband did the contracting himself. At one point during construction the building inspector gave us a hard time with a framing detail that was unexpected. Greg came out without charge and provided a corrective adjustment drawing. The inspector approved it and that was the end of the problem

It is hard to find a compassionate company to build your forever home so I stated looking at pre built home off of the GMF site and found several quaint ones from the models. Once I got a hold of Greg, I was delighted. He ended up modifying a plan I liked into one I loved.. He knew I was a limited budget but his kind words is that it is worth the process.

I would never recommend getting home plans done by this company. The owner is both arrogant and crass and treats his employees poorly, while treating his clients worse. Why answer phone calls when he can update twitter and facebook? His attention to detail is lacking and you will be in time and time again for revision after revision because it does not matter what your vision is, it's what he wants and that is what is important.

As soon as we meet with Greg we knew he was the right fit for our project. We wanted big ideas, and the team at GMF delivered. The plan removed 40% of the walls and doubled the windows. Giving us the ground work to end up with features from exposed steel and duct work, to circular balconies and round pass through’s. The team brought the outside in byhaving bold architectural features pass through glass walls. The house had a large amount of wasted space and the rooms
