He attended Auburn University and served as Vice President for one of the largest contractors in the southeast prior to founding Sharpe, Inc. Sam's son came to join him in the family business full time in 1982 after graduating from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Building Construction.In 2004 Sam Sharpe, Jr. became President of Sharpe, Inc. Together, with his father, they have over 90 years of experience in the construction industry.
